A little over two weeks ago, the calendar autumn began. Fortunately, we are dealing with its best incarnation - colorful, full of sun rays, warming the natural world as it prepares to rest. This is a perfect time to take a better look at it, especially since there are much fewer people willing to observe it than in the summer season.
I invite you to Gdańsk seen from above and get lost in the thicket of exotic plants.
Today's proposition may make you feel a bit dizzy, but don't worry - only because of the multitude of emotions and impressions. I think this is a must-see for all those who love to admire the world from above. We are talking about the Observation Floor, i.e. a terrace located on the 32nd floor of Olivia Star - one of the most modern office spaces (and not only) in the Tricity, a building 180 meters high.

The terrace is open to the public (but paid). It offers a truly wonderful view of the entire Tricity. In autumn it is especially unique, because in the close vicinity there are, among others, the Tricity Landscape Park and the Oliwski Park. In October, these two large forest complexes take on the most beautiful colors of gold and red, and the melancholic mists floating over the treetops add a pinch of magic. And I say this with full conviction, because for the third year now I have had the pleasure of looking at them with admiration.

But the view of the forest is of course not everything! Sea lovers will find their safe haven for observation. Ships standing in the roadstead, smaller and larger vessels, the port of Gdańsk and finally the container terminal are at your fingertips - although maybe more - in sight ;) I don't know what you think about it, but the view of the gray, slightly waving autumn sea is extremely soothing. I encourage you, especially if you only know the Baltic Sea in July.
Okay, but what about lovers of architecture and city life, you ask? Fans of the city will also have something to keep an eye on. It is enough to mention the Oliwa Archcathedral with the most famous Oliwa Organ, the Oliwa Abbey, or Stara Oliwa, considered one of the most beautiful (if not the most beautiful) districts of Gdańsk, full of Art Nouveau tenement houses and cobblestone streets. However, when you look in the opposite direction, you will see Gdańsk in a completely different version. In the foreground will be Gdańsk's Zaspa, unique in the country - a "block of flats" with blocks arranged in the shape of honeycombs, considered by many specialists to be a model of multi-family space.
I assure you - you can't get bored of this view, so if you don't know it yet, be sure to try to see the unique atmosphere of Gdańsk, sandwiched between the sea and the forest, from above!
“A green enclave in the heart of the city” – this is how Olivia Garden is described. In fact, it's hard to find a more accurate definition. The garden is also located in the Olivia Star building - this time on the "high" ground floor. What's more, you can also visit the Observation Floor with one ticket. It is worth doing this, if only to compare our native vegetation, preparing for winter sleep, and the exotic, green, full of life tropical flora. Inspiring experiences guaranteed ;)

Although Olivia Garden is a response to the need for contact with nature also during the working day (located in the Tricity business zone), it also attracts many tourists and people who need relaxation, delight and balance in their busy lives, often far from nature.

What can you expect? Well, everything ;) The garden has over 4,000 plants belonging to 150 species from 5 continents! All this to positively recharge your green batteries. However, it is not just a garden to explore - it is primarily a place to live, relax and work.

The space is divided into zones that meet the needs of visitors. You will find in it:
Many people visiting Olivia Garden, looking for solace or wanting to work a little differently, will feel the "green reset" that was the intention of the creators of this space.

I hope you liked today's suggestions. I think it's worth looking for inspiration and everyday reasons for - even small - sighs. Looking into the distance towards the sea and the forest, wrapping yourself in an armful of tropical plants, or enjoying a culinary feast for the senses can be reasons to smile. I wish you positive battery charging.
